Reading out loud is a great way to get better at English. It is proven to help you recognize and say words quicker. It'll increase your confidence as well because you will be able to read and speak the words faster, so there will be a smaller chance of you mispronouncing a word, or stuttering.

So for today's lesson, let's try read out loud the story of Alice and Humpty Dumpty. This story can be found at the end of the New Crown 1 textbook, starting on page 126. When you begin, start slowly and read out loud one sentence at a time. Your device ( smart phone or PC ) will record what you say inside the text box.
