Here are some activities that I've used in the past
これが私が過去に使ったいくつかの活動です。
three word quiz
The goal of game is for students to describe something without saying the word. They must use only English and gestures.
First organise the class into pairs, then have the students play rock, scissor and papers. the winning students are to put their heads on the table until all losing students are ready to begin. While the winning students have their heads on the table, the teacher shows the losing students three words that they must remember.
Once ready have all students stand up, tell the students that once their pair says all three words, they can sit down.
A and B Gap fill.
Before the class, you will need to make an A and B gap fill worksheet using your classes schedule.
With a printed full schedule,point out the days of the week, explain to the students that the schedule changes every day then go through the every day schedule with the students ( Make this part of the lesson communicative, ask the students " What subjects are on Monday", students reply with Math, science, English, PE are.
Now organise the students into pairs, and give them the A and B worksheets respectively. Tell them not to show their pair and to take turns filling out the blank spots by asking each other questions.
